Meeting Speaker Request

Our goal is to effectively and efficiently conduct business during association board meetings.  This includes providing homeowners with an opportunity to speak or make comments up to 3 minutes on agenda items during each meeting.  

Please complete and submit a Speaker Request Form if you wish to speak during the upcoming meeting.  We ask you to hold all comments and questions until you are recognized during the designated time for homeowner input and comments.

All Speaker Request Forms must be submitted 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
